Installment Payment Option:

• For New Cottage Accommodations: Total $2,397 - $500 deposit with balance of $1,897 due in 3 equal installments: $632.33 due February 28, 2014, $632.33 due April 30, 2014 and final payment of $632.33 due June 30, 2014.

• For Treehouse/Loft Accommodations: Total $2,097 - $500 deposit with balance of $1,597 due in 3 equal installments: $532.33 due February 28, 2014, $532.33 due April 30, 2014 and final payment of $532.33 due June 30, 2014.

• For Lodge Room Accommodations: Total $1,897 - $500 deposit with balance of $1,397 due in 3 equal installments: $465.67 due February 28, 2014, $465.67 due April 30, 2014 and final payment of $465.67 due June 30, 2014.

• To support you in choosing the most appropriate rooming experience for your deep healing, view photos of accommodations offfered at Kalani

Early Arrival and/or Late Departure:

• You are welcome to stay before and/or after the retreat at Kalani Retreat Center.

• Normal overnight rates will apply and individual reservations must be made through the Kalani front desk at 800-800-6886.

Please Note:

• Retreat pricing does not include airfare or transfers between airport and retreat center.

• All additional activities and/or travel excursions you desire to take in Hawaii are at your own expense.

• All spa packages and/or bodywork sessions offered at Kalani that you desire to book are at your own expense.

• All pricing for accommodations is based on double occupancy.

• If you do not have a partner, you may request a roommate.

• This retreat is intended for adults and is open only to participants who are 18 years of age and older.

Cancellation Policy:

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• If cancellation occurs more than 90 days before the event start date of August 3, 2014, a refund of monies paid, minus the deposit, will be made.

• If cancellation occurs 30-90 days before the event start date of August 3, 2014, a 50% refund of monies paid, minus the deposit, will be made.

• In the event of no show or cancellation less than 30 days prior to the event start date of August 3, 2014, no refund is available as all accommodations and expenses will have been paid for. Thank you for your understanding and commitment.
